Description: A back-end web system that allows Inwood administrators to generate mass e-mail "campaigns" and send to different groups of their customers. Administrator can save campaigns and edit / resend later. Set certain campaigns to be sent automatically when new users sign up, etc. Administrator can include an HTML-formatted version as well as a plain text version for each message. Detailed records are stored about every message sent, with delivery success reports available. Job also included a new customer database "advanced search" section. |
